If you have an issue or a question, you can send these to our support team by using the built-in feedback functionality in the application:
- On top of the screen in the blue bar, click the button “Share Feedback”
- A new screen opens where you can enter a summary of the issue / question.
- Ask your question or describe your issue as detailed as possible in the “More info” field.
- Select the type (general feedback / question or bug).
- Assign a priority to it.
- Click “Create” when your done.
- You can follow up the progress of your ticket in the “My Feedback” menu option.
