How to check status of your ticket

If you have raised an issue or a question, you can follow up on the progress by using the My Feedback functionality.

  • Go to the “My Feedback” menu option in the left menu bar.
  • Find your issue in either the tab “Assigned to me” (which means that our support desk has provided you with a response or has asked for additional information), or in the tab “Assigned to Support” (which means our support team is still working on it).
