If you have the community role, you can create resources with their availabilty. Once these are setup, the user can select these on project level and indicate how much he needs them in a specific timeframe..
- Go to the Community menu.
- Browse to the tab “Resources”.
- Click “Create Resource”.
- Enter the name of the resource
- Enter the amount of hours available per week
- Click “Create Resource”. The resource can now be selected on project level.
