If you have the community role, you can add an additional role to a user.

  • Go to the Community menu.
  • Browse to the tab “Users”.
  • Find the user in the users list and click on his name.
  • Browse to the tab “Access rights”.
  • Click the button “Add Responsibility”.
  • Select the additional responsibility and if needed, add a comment and a start and/or end date for this responsibility.
  • When done, click “Create”. Now the user has been granted an additional responsibility.
